"My father, who lives in Clearwater and thirteen others from out of town stayed together to celebrate his 80th birthday. It was wonderful to have our family eating around the big table together and hanging out in the same room watching the game. We enjoyed our time outside and around the pool with more than enough seating for everyone.There was also plenty of room for individual space and privacy if needed and it did not feel crowded at all. "We have a family of 5 and this house was perfect for our vacation! The property is located in a neighborhood away from the crazy beach life but it is close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops and an easy drive! The pool was nicely heated-only thing would be to update the pool toys-a lot were broken or had holes in them. It was not a big deal to us though. Cory was a wonderful host! If we had any questions, he would get back to us in a timely manner. Overall we had a wonderful experience...
