"Great place for large groups to stay. Overall size and layout of the property allows for easy large group gatherings. The house is fully stocked with multiple kitchens, living rooms and laundry areas. The house is walkable to the beach across the street as well as several bars and restaurants. "

"We couldn't have selected a better home to stay at when we arrived at The Magnolia Shores Beach House. Just a short trip from the airport and we were on site and ready to relax. This was a perfect fit for our family of 10, everyone had their own bedrooms and private bathroom. This home is very clean and very well Maintained. It has everything in the kitchen you'd expect at your own home if your eating or cooking in. When you open the patio doors and step outside to the Beach side of the home you will have stepped into your own private Oasis with a Pool, Jacuzzi, Golf putting green, grill area, fenced in yard along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after you venture out to the Beach that is only steps away. The Beach and the views from this home are simply amazing and peaceful. Each patio of the home has nice & comfortable patio furniture that I found myself sitting at every morning and evening to appreciate my surroundings. I really can't say enough about this home other than everything was perfect along with the Outstanding Host's of this property that made sure our stay was the absolute best it could be."

"There were nine of us staying at the house, 3 kids under age five, four adults and two grandparents. We had all the room we needed. The proximity to the beach and the plunge pool were great for the kids and the adults. We ate most of our meals at the house and found the kitchen to be stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We found things to do just a short drive from the house. End of December weather was lovely. Warm enough to be on the beach everyday and the water was warm enough for the brave.The owners are great. Communications about the logistics were easy and efficient.Everyone was sad to leave and said we should go back."

"Beautiful sunsets from the balcony & living area! The balcony has dining table for 4 and plenty of lounge seating. A wide variety of beach chairs (including some with built-in shades) and ez-up canopies are provided. The lock set-up for the condo, storage closet & pool area are all easy to use. The pool was warm enough for December enjoyment and the hot tub was actually hot! (Not always the case these days at hotels and rentals). The condo has a large assortment of pans, dishes, and utensils - big fridge and dining table for 6. Huge TV in the living area and smaller in the bedroom with 2 beds. Gas grills downstairs worked great and the condo is close to several restaurants. Everything was just as described, owners provide great communications - all-in-all a GREAT stay!"
