"We had a very large group of 12 people and this house was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all with a private bedroom for each family no matter how many kids they had. Often times you’ll see listings that say they’ll accommodate 12 but you’ll find out that includes sofa beds and rollaways. This was exactly as advertised and we didn’t have to draw straws to see who got the public sleeping accommodations. Would highly recommend this property for anyone with larger groups!!!"

"Rented this house to accommodate our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren while they were visiting from out-of-state. The house was spacious, well located, and provided a great base for their visit. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball tables too.Communication with the management company was excellent and they reached out several times to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We had one small issue with the ice-dispenser in the refrigerator, which was no big deal...

"The place was very clean with everything needed for a great stay. The beach access was directly across the street and the downtown was 10 min walk. We had a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. I would stay here again."

"We loved this property. Very well equipped for the beach with bikes, beach wagons to haul everything, towels, games, beach umbrellas, chairs, even water shoes! The kitchen had every supply we could need. Often there is no salt or olive oil or something you need but this one had everything. And if you do need something else, the grocery store (Publix) was two blocks away. My daughter rode the bike there for popsicles.We came with our three adult daughters, brother and his wife and daughter and...

"Small but very clean and convenient one minute walk to a beautiful clean beach. Loved Cocoa Beach and bonus to see two rocket launches right on the beach. "

"Best decision ever to trade in a vacation for a staycation on Cocoa Beach! This home is beautiful and the owners have provided everything you could possibly need for a wonderful weeks stay! The view is awesome, the chef’s kitchen was inspiring! The owner/ mgr was quick to respond and very accomodating…. we extended our stay! For any future travelers, note that the pool is not heated and no screens on the windows… but neither of those things meant anything to us. We loved this place!"

"Watching the waves on the ocean is my favorite thing to do, and this is the perfect house to do it. The patio is a few steps up from the ground, so the view of the ocean is just right there anytime you want to see it. If you have a pet, the fenced in yard is what makes this house above and beyond. You don’t have to worry about your pet wandering off while you are enjoying view. we will be back!"

"Everything was great except the parking. Had to park 2nd vehicle a block away at the library. 2nd parking is reserved for the smaller/seperate part of the unit. We stayed at the 3 bedroom 1 bath side. Place was clean, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped to feel like home away from home."

"Plenty of room for all - needed one night for all of us the day before out cruise ship departed. There are games, cable, bikes (next morning rode for hot bagels and a manicure ) clean, coffee, tea provided… wished a longer stay. Host very accommodating as fat as different arrival times mes…couldn have been better"

"Everything was clean, except master bed was gritty. The stove was hard to work and there was no oven. Need more kitchen pots n pans. And there were ants bedroom n one bathrooms."

"We enjoyed the beautiful view and the great location. The house was welcoming and comfortable. The back deck was awesome. The little extras like coffee pods and the games were very much appreciated. Due to the age of the home, the bathrooms were small with very limited counter space and older features, which did create minor issues with comfort. We were able to adapt. Overall, we had a great time."
