"I love this house! The layout was comfortable, and the pool and patio were perfect. The house, pool, and grounds are beautifully maintained. The host kept us up to date on when the lawn and pool guys would be coming, so there were no surprises/unexpected visitors. Of note, the AC stopped working on Sunday while we were out all day. I contacted the host, who in turn contacted the property manager, who showed up soon after. He did his thing (I know nothing about AC except that it cools the house)....

"Minimal people on the beach, a small yard for the dog and a nice pool to relax in after time on the beach. The home was well stocked with supplies and was just as pictured on line. Friendly people at the local Publix just a mile and a half away. We had two things we needed to communicate to the owner and she responded promptly. Great home, we had a fantastic week."

"The house was as described in the ad. It was a very comfortable and homey place to stay for a few days. It's location and area worked out well for our purpose. A quick walk to the beach and a short drive to Port Canaveral. We were very fortunate to see a couple of rocket launches while there. Amanda was very accommodating when we had issues with the coffee maker. She was quick to respond to questions we had prior to booking. We would stay here again."

"They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left."

"My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!"
