"I love this house! The layout was comfortable, and the pool and patio were perfect. The house, pool, and grounds are beautifully maintained. The host kept us up to date on when the lawn and pool guys would be coming, so there were no surprises/unexpected visitors. Of note, the AC stopped working on Sunday while we were out all day. I contacted the host, who in turn contacted the property manager, who showed up soon after. He did his thing (I know nothing about AC except that it cools the house)....

"This place is a scam! I booked through hotels dot com and they didn’t even have my Reservation. They never answered the phone! If you like losing your money, then def book here!"

"Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again."

"We had a pleasant stay. Backyard was peaceful and neighborhood was very safe. Back deck is overdue for some repairs and kitchen could use a restock of basics like glasses, small plates etc. no open cabinets for food storage. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Overall could use some refresh of furniture and decorating. "

"My sister and I stayed here for three nights before our cruise. The villa was very cute, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach and 2-3 short blocks to Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar (a place we loved). Communication with host was good and parking easy. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Minimal people on the beach, a small yard for the dog and a nice pool to relax in after time on the beach. The home was well stocked with supplies and was just as pictured on line. Friendly people at the local Publix just a mile and a half away. We had two things we needed to communicate to the owner and she responded promptly. Great home, we had a fantastic week."
