"This hotel was recommended by a friend of mine and I’m so, so grateful she did. This hotel was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There was some construction going on, but it was only going on during certain hours and I was out of the hotel then anyway. They also offered to change rooms for me if I was at all uncomfortable. All of the staff was very kind and accommodating and always greeted me whether I was leaving the hotel or returning. I also wanted to specifically comment on how wonderful...

"We had a lovely stay, however, we've been sent to a different hotel on the first night due to booking the hotel via hotels.com. The receptionist insisted that we are not booked in their system, and therefore, was sent over to a much uglier and uncomfortable hotel nearby. This disrupted our first sightseeing day as we had to pack our luggage again to transfer back to Hotel Icon. They also provided the same breakfast every single morning (toasted bread, jam, coffee, cereals, muffin, orange juice)"
