"I like that the hotel is at myeongdong area and near to the airport bus. Housekeeping on a daily basis and the electrical ports came with universal adapter. However it would be good for the room set up to be reviewed as one of the electrical ports were behind a bed thus making it inconvenient to charge using that port. We are only left with 2 areas to charge. There are eateries around the hotel and is very convenient. Highly recommended and i will not hesitate to stay here next time."

"Staff were fantastic , check in person and Faye who helped us with booking taxi and keep our luggage safe while we went to have lunch before departure. I like the idea of going green but didn’t understand with providing only paper cups which means more harm to environment. Also automatic air conditioning ,waking us up at 2am please may be change this settings coz if we want , we can turn it on.
