"Came for my girlfriends birthday and our room was upgraded for free by the lady who checked us in, sorry in advance I didn’t catch her name but was much appreciated and helped make my girlfriends stay that little bit better. Highly recommend this place! Will be staying again "

"Overall excellent thank you. One aspect to mention please, as phoned up beforehand to ask whether we could pre book a taxi to take us to a family celebration. Told that this was not necessary as there was a taxi link at reception and we would get one almost immediately but when we arrived, there was an 1.5 hour wait for a taxi! The reception team allowed us to book an Uber from there so thank you to them but please warn clients if it is going to be a busy period."
