"The staff is incredible! Everyone is so nice. The facility is incredible. A five star hotel without the five star price! We booked it last minute after we got to another hotel and the canceled our reservation. We were there with our luggage after flying in from the United States. We came here and couldn’t have felt more welcomed. "

"This is our fifth stay and we will back, the location is great for shops and walks. Food is exceptional in a great environment."

"Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"WHAT A FABULOUS FIND. SO SO LOVELY WITH OWN CAR PARK SO YOU CAN BUS ANYWHERE AROUND SALISBURY. WHAT A TREAT I COULD HAVE MOVED IN. THE BREAKFAST WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE. THANKYOU FOR LEAVING LOVELY MEMORIES FOR OUR STAY SANDRA AND ROBERT HARRISON SOMERSET"

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Shame place not open Monday and Tuesdays so can’t comment on service other than that they were great at the initial emails and the instructions were easy to follow. Nice room. Didn’t see where WiFi information was so can’t comment on WiFi. Enjoyed my stay. Felt homely. Loved being so close to the beach to go for a morning walk before I left. "

"This place was not at this address! There was only an old raggedy looking red brick building there. Very run down in a bad neighborhood! "

"We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite."
