"The staffcwee amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. They arranged a disco/karaoke on the Saturday night so we could all enjoy the evening at the hotel. We paid the dj, but no cost for room hire. The themed rooms of celebrites was amazing. We had over 40npeople staying on the Saturday. Everything thought itcwas fantastic. "

"We arrived not quite knowing what to expect after reading mixed reviews. First impression was the buildings were dated and a bit shabby. However we got a warm welcome and early check in to our room which, although not huge, had clearly been well refurbished not too long ago. "The hotel staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism. The young female receptionist provided excellent service and, following a pleasant conversation, kindly assisted me with my luggage to my room. Additionally, the young waitress in the dining room was highly personable and wore a welcoming smile. I found no shortcomings with this hotel and will certainly patronize it again in the future."

"We stayed at the Suncliffe Oceana for the air show and I have to say the staff were excellent organising everything, especially the parking. The front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay and the surprise of evening entertainment was lovely. Very enjoyable stay and will definitely be back to stay again."
