"The beds were made daily and the trash was emptied but that was it. Dirty coffee cups and no replacement coffee. We had to wash the cups ourselves and go to the lobby to get more coffee pods. The location was fantastic and the employees were great."

"Comfortable, accommodating, friendly maintenance crew too. The only bummer was that the pancake machine was off with a little sign saying it was down. We used the pool, EV charger and got breakfast. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The gentleman cleaning the pool ensured it was safe (in terms of chemical potency) before my kiddos took a dip. We asked for adjoining rooms and they made it happen and even gave us an early check-in (noon) with a late check out (noon). The rooms were clean and updated. Nothing super fancy, but out of the neighboring Hilton properties, we were happy with our choice to stay at Tru. Cons: Someone was smoking upstairs and the skunk smell reached our room for a few minutes. Tyvola road is loud. I slept through any noise but my wife heard some from the road (on the 2nd floor, our window faced Nations Ford Road) Room 212 has an older A/C unit that works well but it’s a little noisy. "
