"The staff did an outstanding job of immediately and effectively dealing with ridiculous noise (loud music, yelling, etc) from a young couple staying near us. We made one complaint at about 11:00pm, the lady behind the front desk was at their room before I could even get back to my room, and we didn’t hear a peep from them the rest of the night into the morning. The hotel’s appearance is dated, but budget hotels - especially those near an airport - are what they are and - in all the ways that really matter - the staff made our stay great. "
