"The place was really nice. The room was missing several things like a remote control, chairs and a trashcan for the common area. They did bring a remote control and a trashcan. And there was only one high back chair for the table when there should have been two gut a party of 4. This morning, when I went to inquire about extending for another night, the front desk agent was very unpleasant and not welcoming at all! Imagine first thing in the morning and that is the energy that you’re getting! As we were discussing the fees she took a whole other customer and discontinued our conversation. I of course, made sure to continue the conversation, but it was very blatant and so off putting I chose to not stay there another night! Sonesta ES Suites,CLT, please get your front desk workers trained properly to be able to deal with all shades of people. I’m a light skin, black woman and it was giving She had a problem with my skin color and she was a dark skin, black woman. Unacceptable won’t be there again! "
