"I know you generally get what you pay for. Because of the Eclipse this was the only hotel we could find and we knew to expect it to be rough. We booked seven months in advance, and just before our rental the room became unavailable due to maintenance issues. We appreciated that even though they had difficulties, they found a way to accommodate us. However, there were piles of dead bugs all over the floor, as though they had just been exterminated. we had to ask the front desk for a broom to...

"Gary was an excellent bellman. He provided me with all the information I needed to know. Hotel was fabulous. A bit pricey, but lived up to expectations. Your staff for the valet was also excellent. They were very attentive to my needs (I had a lot of bags to load and unload). Will definitely look for a Hyatt Regency when traveling. "
