I went back to the Bonvoy desk and tell the staff member that I still do not have coffee, at which time another staff member comes up to me and asks me to step back because I am “berating” them. He then told security I threw the coffee pods at him when he was nowhere around when I handed them to her colleague. I am flummoxed by the situation as an individual and corporate client. All I wanted was coffee to be human for my 6 am meeting tomorrow."
