The breakfast was a joke. It consisted of cold coffee with a few stale pieces of English muffin and whole-wheat Wonder bread stuffed into store-bought sandwich bags. As for the condition of the room, there were stains on the sheets, which my wife and I had trouble explaining to our young daughter. And someone knocked on our door at 3:30 am. When confronted, a man answered, claiming that our room needed "maintenance." We refused to open the door and had yet another difficult conversation with our now-terrified daughter. This place has no business being listed on Expedia or any other aggregator.

The hotel was very conveniently located for us to walk to the convention center. My only concern were some unsavory characters that were in and out of the building, with no real security measures in place at the front door it seemed.

First, i got a room with the door that didnt fully close. Then the staff helped me change rooms. Second, there were additional charges for parking, which was stated in the conditions but i have a van, which didnt fit in the facilities behind the hotel. Therefore i had to park in the parking available in the front of the hotel, for which i was charged an arbitrary amount!! Double thw amount stated in the conditions for parking. If they cant fit the vehicle, then it should say that in the conditions. I dont have any us phone number and the only parking available around the area required a us number to pay, so i couldnt move my vehicle. They didnt make an execption for my vehicle and charged double the rate. I do not have an oversized vehicle, just a work van! Third there was a cockroach in the shower. So i couldnt use it the next morning. Fourth, they had charged me for my pet , twice. So far they havent changed my bill. Not a great experience at all

Where can we start? The office staff is ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! We had hair in the tan, white stuff on the bed frame, crumbs and dirt on the bed, and last but not least MICE!!! Mice are EXTREMELY DIRTY and they don’t come alone! A mouse tan in my room and we left IMMEDIATELY! No refund , no cancellation, no management would call me back NOTHING!!!
