Very pleasant staff and little touches to make you feel welcome like the complementary drinks in the fridge and Prosecco and fruit in reception. Could have done with some more bar staff for a busy day evening as waited quite a while for drinks and the jacuzzi button moving to the actual jacuzzi (I know there be a reason why isn’t) but otherwise perfect 👍 "
