"This property is tired, run down, and worn out. The staff were excellent, but there needs to be a deep cleaning of windows, bathrooms, furniture, and especially the showers which reaked of mold and were disgusting to look at let alone use."

"We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm."

"Before arriving I was a little anxious because of some of the bad reviews BUT I absolutely love this hotel! Yes it is on the older side but it has that Thai vibe and style we all come for. Great location - Nimman. Beautiful garden and pool area. Lush cafe is open from 8am - 5pm daily! Near major shopping malls. Near food markets, night markets, cafes and restaurants in almost every street you turn on. Has several convenient shops near by. The staff are wonderful and housekeeping came by everyday...

"Good clean hotel , a bit older but well cared for . Pool was nice , treadmill no good for a proper runner . Room spacious and comfortable . Quiet at night . Good breakfast buffet . Staff were fine . Overall really good place . Located out of the old town but well placed near mountains and plenty of places to eat not far at all . "
