"This property is tired, run down, and worn out. The staff were excellent, but there needs to be a deep cleaning of windows, bathrooms, furniture, and especially the showers which reaked of mold and were disgusting to look at let alone use."

We had our choice of 3 options for breakfast. 2 European style or 1 Thai style. Free glass bottled water was available on the lobby at anytime and as many as desired. Rooms are very clean modern architecture. We met the hotel owner who happened to be on site the same time we were. He is outgoing and happy to assist you…he may even make an amazing cup of...

"We had such a wonderful experience at the Niman Conceptual Home. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. I can also tell you how amazing the breakfast was, if you opt for it. The Thai and Western breakfasts are done so well and they the portions are grand. They’ll get you on your way for your morning journey to whatever you have planned. They even made a takeout exception for us as we had a tour pick up at 8 am. Such wonderful staff, really! Niman area is the best, super walkable...

"The hostel has a good location and friendly staff. About 5 minutes walk from the public bus that runs to/from the airport as well as the old city. The trendy Nimman neighbourhood is closeby as well. Unfortunately, I felt that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I moved to a different hostel because of this. "
