"The location is excellent! The hotel is not very well maintained. You can see rusted spot in the bathroom, or footlights fall off from the wall deco in the hallway, and many more. But hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. My stay in this hotel was comfortable."

However, I was disappointed with the staff's attitude. They were not friendly, and I found them to be unhelpful and unresponsive when I needed assistance. It's a shame because the hotel itself has so much potential with its great location and beautiful renovations."
