"The pool was closed so we called ahead to discuss cancelling. Every time we called, we were told to call back at another time. We tried four times and never got the one employee who could assist us. Frustrating process."

"Very Accessible to metro stations, shopping mall n food. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are helpful. Quite a good range of breakfast at the hotel. Most importantly is it is just a few minutes away from Nanjing Road and is conveniently located to tourist attractions. "

"I think it’s overall a good property to stay. They are a bit aged but their room sizes are big. Their washing machines were of good use, they had all amenities needed for a long stay. They were also very helpful. I spoke no Mandarin but the people in the lobby could speak English mostly; and those who didn’t were also very helpful. Overall it was a good stay. One suggestion is that they need to install smoke detectors in rooms. If someone smokes in their room, the cigarette smoke can go...

"Centrally located in the Bund, very convenient to go to any directions. The service is excellent staff pays attention to details. However there’s not enough dining places in the hotel and it’s pricey too. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants around the areas."

"Right on Naking pedestrian walk with pretty of restaurants and shops. Room is spaceous. Needs more thorough cleaning of bathroom grouts and minor repairs throughout the place. Beware that there are about ten steps at the hotel entrance, avoid staying here if your are disabled, difficult walking or have heavy luggage’s "
