"We stayed one night. Overall great experience. Great location. Minutes walk to the Bund. Across street from the financial center and 15 minutes to Yu Garden. Staff were professional and helpful. The restaurant had a great view and food was very delicious. A nice gym facing the bund. The room is clean; although a bit old. However, the bathroom is very spacious. "

"The property is very old, the elevators are not cleaned well and show a lot of wear and tear. The rooms are good, nice corner high floor room. They did not give any special consideration to VIP Access even just early check-in just 30mins before 3pm. "
