"We stayed one night. Overall great experience. Great location. Minutes walk to the Bund. Across street from the financial center and 15 minutes to Yu Garden. Staff were professional and helpful. The restaurant had a great view and food was very delicious. A nice gym facing the bund. The room is clean; although a bit old. However, the bathroom is very spacious. "

My first visit to the Langham

"I had a wonderful stay, the room was lovely and the service was excellent. Ms Zoe Peng the Langham Club manager exceeded any and all of my expectations. Her warm and friendly demeanor every day was extraordinary and was the highlight of my morning every single day. I have stayed at many properties in Shanghai and the Langham will be my new home away from home when traveling to Shanghai. 10 out of 5 stars. "
