"the location was perfectly in the central of everything. Got upgraded to a higher floor with a city view but the windows were quite dirty from the outside. We were told the roof bar was closed during our stay quiet disappointing, this was the reason I booked this hotel because of the night view from the roof top."

"Got the top hotel room. Best service ever, specially the staff in reception and the staff in the bar. Truly impressed. Kind, servicial and Proffesional. There is a robot that delivers stuff to your door and calls you by phone to open the door! The only little thing was that the hotel staff that is standing in the door doesn’t say hello back or watch at you when passing which was a bit odd every time I joined and I said hello, perhaps a cultural difference Anyway everyone else and everything else was incredible and I’ll come back every time I visit Shanghai "
