"This small cottage is in a great location, literally a couple of minutes walk into the centre of town, but tucked away in a quiet cobbled side street. Although there is no parking at the cottage, the Little Rodee carpark is about 5 minutes walk away. The cottage was clean and welcoming and had a great quirky charm which we really liked. "The property was a great base for a short stay in Chester for a family of 5. We were no more than 15 minutes from some of the notable local attractions and amenities. The house itself suited our needs and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The house and rooms were of ample size to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children (all under 13)."

"Absolutely fantastic place , couldn’t fault it if I wanted to . Really peaceful and was great just to sit back and listen to the wildlife . We also went for a walk to the waterfall. I would recommend it to anyone. Jack , the host was also fantastic, he couldn’t do enough for us . Can’t wait to return . "

"Had a fantastic stay at this property, it was very clean and tidy and has been well looked after. The beds were comfortable with spacious rooms. It's in a beautiful location and so so quiet and there is lots to do without having to drive too far. The hot tub was again very clean and a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The owner was lovely and was available if needed. Couldn't fault our stay, we wanted to stay longer!"

"The location of this property is amazing if you are headed to a game at Anfield as it’s a super quick walk to the stadium & very convenient. Around the area there is a lot of food, grocery stores, bars, etc. Quick walk to the bus stop. Layout of the property is interesting, as it’s like an old apartment building that’s been converted into a house. Each bedroom had a heavy door that automatically closed so it felt more like a bunch of separate properties vs one whole place. The beds in each room...

"Property well located for access to Anfield and Goodison. Guaranteed street parking on match day is nice (well, permit). It is multilevel so be aware of that (and the stairs were a bit steep for my 80 yr old mom ,but she managed). Only thing we would have liked flto see different was the heat to be turned on the day we were arriving since the house was quite cold and took til the morning to warm up (we arrived at night). But would recommend to friends."
