"The staff are all really nice and accommodating, they really do try to go above and beyond to make everything a smooth experience. "I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional, and the accommodations are clean with extras like a hot press for clothing, room spritz, dimmable lighting near the bed, and a fancy toilet. The breakfast buffet is really lovely with both Japanese and Americans type foods. "

"We stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise. The hotel is very luxurious. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food which included Japanese dishes. A cab ride to the Osanbashi cruise port cost 1300 Japanese Yen. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
