"This is one of the best hotels that I have experienced in Japan. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet even though it is in the middle of the Kawasaki near Tokyo. This place is very convenient to both airports (Narita and Haneda) and to central Tokyo and the convention area of Big Sight. There are many dining options around the hotel, not to mention the in-house restaurant. I recommend the breakfast buffet, rivaling some of the other top hotels elsewhere in Japan. Its location is ideal, being 5 minutes from the station and shopping street, and within 10 minutes walk of 2 temples. The design of the hotel is very soothing—an inner atrium, a comfortable lobby, floral and glass art designs on each floor, and all in warm tints of light browns and creams. We had a basic room and it was well laid out, with very good attention to the details that make for a pleasant stay....

"Very helpful staff. Conveniently located near a convenience store and other amenities. Almost next to the Anpanman Museum, a 3-minute walk away. Also, it's a 15-minute walk to Yokohama Station. Ocean Milano restaurant was quite fancy, and the food was delicious. "
