"Overall, the location was perfect for us. The walk across to the beach was so easy and we loved having access to the beach chairs, towels and sand toys. What was also a nice touch was being able to get fresh towels every morning. The coffee bar was great and so was the rooftop pool. It was smaller than what we expected, but was warm and salt water. We spoke with Karen regarding our room and she was courteous and offered a nice incentive for us. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and kind....

"All in all we enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was clean but could use some updating. Checking in is not convenient. You need to pickup and return the keys five miles down the road and the office closes at 5pm. Communication with the owner and manager was good. Location was awesome. There is a sports complex/park across the unit. Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Pickle Ball, playground and splash pad (wasn’t open yet). Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, not 2 minutes. "The stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Every thing we needed for the week was provided in the condo. The only thing missing was a beach view, but that was my fault as I assumed the condo had a view, but I never inquired about it with the owner. We adjusted to that and had a nice visit."

"Penthouse provides panoramic views of the inlet, neighborhood and beach. Property is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. Condo is clean, well-cared for and Jim is very helpful with contact and local info. Only complaint was the weather, not Jim's fault of course, the sunshine state wasn't very sunny during our stay. We WILL be back again and would recommend this unit to anyone."
