"I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff gave great service. We were disappointed to learn that we had to rent beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach. So for 6 of us, it would have cost almost $300 a day to stay on the beach. I think this ridiculous especially when you are paying a resort fee of $35 a day per person. What does that fee go towards?"

"Our stay was enjoyable. Only negatives were the AC in the living room area of our suite didn’t work and the mattress in the pullout sofa was awful and really uncomfortable. The furniture has not been refreshed in a long time and was stained. It’s a nice hotel but really shows its age. I would have paid the same or more at a newer hotel in the area. You don’t get much for their VERY expensive resort fee and not including beach chairs and umbrellas is ridiculous. In the future, if I go back,...

"The property is modern, the staff is SUPERB (like literally best service I’ve had in the states) and the location is very walkable! I went for a solo trip and felt extremely safe. Their spa was also a 10/10. "

"We thought the location was a win. We could bicycle right from the resort. We didn't have too far to travel to rent kayaks and paddle a river. We could stay at the resort, enjoy the small beachfront or go across the bridge to Clearwater. The condo is nicely appointed. Clean. Well stocked. Communication was clear and timely. "Size of the room was great. Wish there had been beach chairs for all rather than finding out we had go somewhere to rent. The trolley was convenient for additional restaurants. If you don't have a vehicle, grocery and liquor is limited. "
