"This was a very nice smaller place to stay in an area full of giant chain hotels. Peaceful bay water right outside our room, a clean pool, comfortable room. Very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great value for the price!"

"Unit was as advertised-full kitchen, king bed was comfortable, bathroom is small but works great. Street parking was just outside unit on a dead end street and free. The beach is very close and it is just a short walk to restaurants and the trolley stop. "

"Our stay at Bay Royal was lovely. The people that stayed on our floor(4 groups) were all so nice. Everyone keeps there doors open( which faces the water ) to catch the breeze and visit with one another! Love that vibe!The place was clean and very Florida beach feel from the 50’s. One block from Clearwater beach and also on the Inlet gives it an amazing location!Would definitely stay here again! Lots of restaurants in walking distance and super parking!"

"Everything was wonderful and a nice place for single person or couple. However, the bedroom is right by the busy street. Very noisy and could not sleep as i am a light sleeper. Also, the car headlights flashed onto the head of the bed into my face all night.The bar across the street was also very noisy. Other than sleeping it was a nice place. "This condo was very nice. Well decorated and a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed to make some meals. We were able to park and walk everywhere which was perfect. 5 min walk to North Clearwater Beach and about 10 min to all the restaurants. Lina was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this condo and would stay again the next time we are in Clearwater."

"Absolutely wonderful. The apartment is clean and super cozy… everything you need. The shower is hot and has great water pressure which is super important to me. The location is great as well. Within walking distance to everything but not right in the middle of all the tourists. The dock on the bay side was our favorite night time sitting relaxing having a drink listening to the fish jump. The beach is so close … just a 2 minute walk max and it puts you at a great location to pop up your umbrella...
