"If not for the excellent location (walking distance to Kailua town, and the sunset views are spectacular), I would seriously consider staying somewhere else on my next trip (approx. every 3-5 years). The exorbitant resort fee is a ripoff, and to charge for self-parking ABOVE AND BEYOND the fee is almost criminal. "Six of us stayed one night. Great location with deck overlooking the ocean. Very good amenities. Murphy bed was comfortable. A/C is not automatic so you have to request it in advance (and pay extra). We just used fans and it was a little warm but ok. Would stay here again. "

" Will definitely go back. Our room was spacious with three sliding doors onto two big decks. One deck was covered for meals and one open for sun tanning. Clean, great tv channels is always a bonus. Staff very friendly. Complex just gorgeous. Pool was great too. "

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "This resort was a great choice for our honeymoon! The grounds were gorgeous, & there were trails where you could walk around the property & near the shore. The pools were very nice!! Just a bit cold lol but you got used to it. The water slide was fun too. We also loved the Holoholo Market that was there. They were great for a morning coffee or a light snack. Highly recommend this resort! "

"This place was a gem. We only booked for one night of our trip but I wish we'd stayed longer. The food was delicious and sitting out on the deck watching the sunset was relaxing after a full day of travel. "Didn’t like that parking for hotel guests is a problem. Otherwise found friendly and helpful staff, and rooms that gave good value for the price. For people wanting a budget friendly lodging, and/or for those wanting something in the midst of a sort of funky beach town, this is really good! Well remodeled. Plenty of places to plug in devices. Pleasant pool and courtyard. "

Spacious, comfy, and convenient.

"So amazing. Location was great. The property has multiple pools and hot tubs and tennis courts, volleyball courts, playground, a restaurant, a place you can rent beach gear, and more. The apartment had a large l, full sized appliance, furnished kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. Dining table, nice living area, large balcony. One room had two full beds. A common bath. The primary bedroom had a king bed with different pillow options and a large en suite with a two person deep tub and large walk-in shower. There’s a good size closet and vanity area also. Both bedrooms have large TVs. "
