"No prior communication regarding the lack of air conditioning and the need to pay a fee to have a bedroom ac unit connected. The room was in excess of 80 degrees at 9:30 pm. No elevator for the third floor unit. The setting and view was outstanding. "

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "Great little hotel right on the water. Manager Jim was fantastic, friendly, and attentive. Fairly close to good restaurants. Parking is very small and tight, if you have a mid size or larger vehicle, good luck parking here. You will have to park across the strret. Pool was clean. Water pressure is low. Overall, great place, would stay again."

"Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. "

"Jen is such a kind, helpful and caring host. Her room was perfect for us. We used the pool most afternoons, bought groceries to microwave two meals a day, and enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful stay. Luna the cat was adorable. Jen suggested Walua Trail for walking, which was a safe, scenic walk. We enjoyed it multiple days. The location of the room was great. "The condo is on the ground floor close to the parking lot, but was super quiet and we never heard cars or neighbors. Just a few golfers coming by on their golf carts. The condo is technically a one bedroom, but with the murphy bed and the folding wall, it provides the privacy and comfort of a 2 bedroom. "This location is not in the heart of anything and everything is about an hour away. It was quiet and easy to access. We loved our stay, and we are adventurers, so it gave us great access to the whole island. Plus, the sunsets were beautiful and unobstructed. "
