"This property has an excellent location and pool/hot tub amenities. Due to the high surf on several days we took advantage of the pool. The lanai was great and awesome views of the ocean. One item of concern was the air conditioning. We paid 20 per night during the booking, however the air conditioning was unable to cool the unit under 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We followed all of the directions but the velocity and temperature of the air flowing coming out was not going to cool the unit. We...

"This is a lovely property. The house is beautiful with tons of space for sleeping and lounging - both indoors and out. Lovely garden that leads to a black rock beach. Accessible to everything we wanted to do in the Kona area. Highly recommend."

"The view from the Lanai was amazing from early morning to sunset with whale watching in between. We felt spoiled being there. The host was amazing with making sure we enjoyed our time there. "

"Cute place, clean, good beds, good kitchen & hang out spaces, and a nice full view of the snorkel park and ocean. Sadly the snorkel park had closed for a week for coral spawning, but if it had been open, it’s an easy walk across the street! Good pool!"

"After a crazy busy week on Maui we chose this secluded mountain retreat on the Big Island. We picked and ate fresh fruit from the orchard daily (lychee, apple banana, avocados, passion fruit, guava, oranges and limes) and enjoyed the cool breezy nights. "This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place...

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. Which was a nice surprise. Parking was effortless with lots of spaces available. Communication with the owner was easy. One more thing to note- they...

"The room was outstanding! View of the ocean, big room so none of us felt cramped. It was very comfortable, felt like home. The pool was clean, hottub was nice. Everywhere you went you could hear waves. The room doors are heavy, which made entering and leaving cumbersome, but i think it makes it so you never hear people walking by your room. The hottub jets timer was short but thats nitpicking. Parking is tight in the garage area but relatively easy. We were there for 8 nights, and only had to park outside the garage area once (still on property). It's pricey, but Would absolutely stay here again. "
