"We had a great time and would definitely return. Our room was a little outdated but it was clean. The housekeeping was excellent. Location was fantastic. Could easily walk into town. Parking was good. Was upset the lagoon was not open to swim. Luau was great. Our room had a good view of the wster. Wish the chairs on balcony were more comfortable. All in all it was fantastic."

"We were at the Westin Hapuna Bech for our 50th anniversary. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. I had hurt my foot before the trip and they lent us a wheelchair to get to the pool area and restaurant. They also moved us to an ADA room closer to the elevator when one became available the second day. Our seven night stay was fun and we highly recommend this hotel."

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "

Facility quite dated but very clean well kept n maintained. Staff mostly friendly helpful. Parking is an adventure each day entrance n exit quite challenging be careful if driving larger vehicle. Finding parking spot can be crap shoot. Good location minutes drive from everything in town. Would definiely stay again when back...
