"The stay was great. Great location. Facility is aging but the rates reflect that. We had an issue with a very noisy refrigerator, which was replaced within 3 days of it being mentioned to the property manager. We would definitely stay there again."

"This is our favorite complex in Kona due to beautiful ocean views, lovely pool and meticulous care of the gorgeous landscaping. We also appreciate the low tolerance for noise making it so quiet and relaxing. First time at Jeannette and Micheals unit and we liked it so much we rebooked for next year! Amazing view and property exactly as described. Bedroom is on the parking lot side but we never bothered before noice and the AC was appreciated. Highly recommend."

The view from the lanai is spectacular as it overlooks the tidepools, can watch the surfers, it’s great for watching the beautiful sunsets, and of course for eating and relaxing on as well. "We loved the spaciousness of this condo. 3 huge bedrooms with baths, 2 lanais, large living room plus dining room. The kitchen had everything we needed-the glass storage containers were a nice touch. The decor is really beautiful and we had a lovely mountain view and could hear the surf. Communications with the property manager were quick and easy. Can't wait to go back!"

"We loved hearing the ocean waves from the condo and seeing the colorful fish and a few sea turtles in the water below. It was great to be close to great restaurants, coffee and shopping, and we found some great beaches 30 min or less in both directions. A great location! "
