"Very honest review: this is one of the most affordable stays in Oceanside Kona. Our hotel attendant, Harrison, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. 5 stars for staff and service! The room was quaint but had necessary utilities including a spacious shower a king size bed coffee maker toaster dishes and a fan. Not having a/c was the biggest drawback, but was not a dealbreaker. The room definitely had some minimal wear as well, but still felt like home. Being a guest includes access to snorkeling gear, boogie boards, a great pool and outdoor shower, ice machine and more. The snorkeling a few steps away from your lanai is absolutely amazing, though it can be sketchy getting in If you are a traveller looking for a quiet little hidden gem at a bargain (for Kona) this is for you! "

"We stayed here from 4/2 till 4/10 and had awesome experience. Property is great and clean, condos are spacious, it is quite and safe around. Only one small disadvantage is lack of shopping infrastructure and beaches in walkable distance, but if you have a car, you can reach shopping, dinning, beaches after the 10 minutes drive"

"There were five of us staying in the condo. It is very nicely furnished and equipped. We got off to a shaky start when the office was unexpectedly closed, so a wheelchair was not available. My husband has walking problems, but we managed to get him upstairs to the unit. Thankfully after a call to the owner, someone appeared with a wheelchair for our use the remainder of the stay. That was much appreciated. We spent hours on the lanai watching the tides and sunsets come and go. Our family enjoyed the many beaches and found several snorkeling and board surfing locations nearby. Also the town of Kailuea-Kona is 2 miles away where there was good shopping and eateries abound. Thank you to the owners for making this unit available for us to enjoy."

"We loved staying in this condo. It was very clean and the neighbors were quiet and freindly. We liked having a close parking spot and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The wonderful breeze that kept the place cool"
