This two bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Kitchen has gotten an updated look with new backsplash and guest bath now has a beautiful walk in shower! We now have a mini-split A/C system as well! (Single blower located in living room/master bedroom area. No separate blower in guest room, so not as cooled back there)
Located on the fourth floor and north-end of a four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

This lovely condo has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway.

Absolutely stunning views. Beautiful condo. We slept like babies. Communication was super prompt. Check-in was easy peasy. Plenty of parking. Close to town but out of the craziness. Top floor location keeps it nice and quiet!

Wonderful!
The property is amazing, situated overlooking the ocean where you can hear and see the surf all day and night. Everything you need is here including nice beach chairs, towels and I even found some sunscreen. Parking is very easy and you are close to some amazing snorkeling. You can watch the surfers at the south end of the building and sit under the big trees there. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice condo convienient location.
Very nice condo on the water, lots of wave action which drowns out the car traffic on Alii. Had nice dishes, pots and pans and plenty of towels. Perfect for one couple as we stored our luggage in the back bedroom. Close to great snorkel beach.

Amazing vacation
The stay at Holly’s was fantastic. We loved the condo, the location, the ocean view, everything. We left to go to HNL for a couple days and regret leaving this piece of paradise behind. The moonrise and sunsets, seeing Milky Way, the turtles in the bay, clouds over the mountains, etc. Holly had amenities to help us out (laundry detergent, mineral sunblock, shampoo, etc), and Holly was always very responsive. Would definitely stay there again and again!

Absolutely love this place
Best view ever! Loved the waves crashing in at all hours. I could live in this condo. Nothing negative to say. It’s a short distance from all of the Kona touristy stuff which was perfect for us. We like to relax. We visited four islands this trip and this stay was the best of the four.

Condo was very well appointed. It was situated centrally. Spectacular sunsets. Problems were quickly resolved by host. On site washer/dryer a huge plus. Needed to run the air at night due to lack of airflow in second bedroom. Everything worked well and efficiently.

Fantastic Waterfront View
This unit offers an outstanding ocean front setting. Perfect for enjoying a sunset and listing to the surf at night. The decoration and appointments are very nicely done. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit for 2-4 people. ENJOY

Amazing views of the ocean
My family and I came out for New Years 2023. We had an amazing experience here in Kona! The fireworks were happening right from the front balcony. This is a lovely property with friendly people all around. The house was well stocked and we were very comfortable

We loved this condo. We especially enjoyed the private lanai for morning coffee, sunset cocktails and dinner. The surf is right at your door! The condo is well appointed and we can't think of anything that was missing. We used the BBQ most nights. Off the busy track of the Kona strip. Holly was very attentive and great to work with. We would stay here again!!

Out of the Snow
A great place to tour the Big Island or just to sit back and enjoy the view. Sunsets provide all the best in viewing entertainment. Though there are lots of restaurants within an easy drive, the BBQs onsite and the oceanfront dining can't be beat. Comfortable beds make for a truly restful sleep. My spouse who has back problems woke up without any complaints. Mahalo!

Everything was as advertised and the view was awesome. Little surprised that it didn’t have AC but with the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, it was not needed. Kitchen was well stocked with every spice and appliance you would need. The pots and pans need to be updated though. Some of them stopped being non-stick about 10 years ago. Overall it was a 5-star stay.

Beautiful condo. More beautiful view! The owners and the property management company have really paid attention to the kind of details that I really appreciate as a renter. Kitchen is stocked with really nice appliances and gadgets, linens and towels were pristine and the furniture on the lanai has everything you need for a day of lounging, reading and watching the surf. Paradise - Hubby already planning return
This condo has a spectacular location, with great privacy on the lanai and full ocean frontage. We loved to listen to the surf crash day and night, watch for whales, spot spinner dolphins in flight, watch the surfers, explore the tide pools (included Moorish Idols and a Hawksbill Turtle!), watch sunsets and moonsets both into the Pacific. Well equipped to make breakfasts and pupus for happy hour or even a full meal. Great location close enough to town but away from the crowds. Definitely snorkel Kahalu'u bay just south. And try Magic Sands Beach Grill (specialty Mai Tai) and Kona Inn (coconut shrimp). Aloha and Mahalo.
