"The property was very clean, in a good location close to Kona-Kailua, and had an amazing view. A very comfortable overall stay for 6 days. The bed was very comfortable and the waves right outside the slider lulled us to sleep each night. We would definitely recommend this property again for anyone who's looking for several nights in Kona, but doesn't want to pay the exorbitant cost for a resort. The immediate area is generally quiet and located close to several public beaches. There are other really nice beaches within easy driving distance. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend again. The owner gave great instructions from appliance workings to places to see, & places to eat. Definitely a great place to stay for 2 or 4 people looking for a restful retreat on the big island."

"The room was outstanding! View of the ocean, big room so none of us felt cramped. It was very comfortable, felt like home. The pool was clean, hottub was nice. Everywhere you went you could hear waves. The room doors are heavy, which made entering and leaving cumbersome, but i think it makes it so you never hear people walking by your room. The hottub jets timer was short but thats nitpicking. Parking is tight in the garage area but relatively easy. We were there for 8 nights, and only had to park outside the garage area once (still on property). It's pricey, but Would absolutely stay here again. "

"It’s a ground floor unit but a short walk for coffee in the cabana overlooking the ocean. The unit itself is wonderful, upgraded and clean. It has everything needed to be comfortable and enjoyable."

"This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place with a full kitchen! "

"The property was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and it was clean. The real star is the lanai. You cannot beat the sunset views, the star gazing from the lanai, or the sounds of the waves crashing on to the rocks below. The lanai alone is worth it. I already miss falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the Pacific. "

The information provided ahead of our trip was magnificent and accurate. Thanks for a fun vacation and a week full of great memories. There was a total of 6 adults and 2 grown teens.
