"Pub is lovely, great atmosphere, outdoor winter seating was cosy and a real selling point. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...

"The room looked ok but on closer inspection not so good! Bathroom had mould in the tile grout in the shower and the remaining bathroom was bare plaster. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The bathroom had some sort of sewage maceration system that would go off every hour throughout the night! Nobody knew how the tv worked!! Four remotes for 1 tv!! "We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on.
