"Super hotel. Great breakfast. Good sized room. Valentines evening, with special gifts, a nice gesture. Pool area with infinity pool, which for obvious reasons has limited space. Roof top bar, amazing views, let down slightly by quality of the drinks- G&Ts flat! Some noise from adjoining room door. Otherwise very good hotel. "

"Ok place but like a construction zone. Many projects going on around and one attached to hotel which really reverberates in room. Starts about 700 am and finished before evening so overnight sleep o.k. TV, bed, shower and staff were very good. Proximity to rail station is key here. "

"Bed bugs, broken AC, non working toilet, spider webs everywhere, ants crawling all over the place, dirty, bed sheets / pillows same as previous customer, door was broken, door lock doesnt work, dangerous area, NOT A HOTEL"

"Room was spacious and adequately furnished. Though a serviced apartment, crockeries , cooking utensils etc are kept for safety. Housekeeping will send to room if requested. My room faces the school, some disturbance on weekdays from 7am. But overall, i gotvused to it. Good sized fridge really good for storing snacks or fruits etc. Bed is comfy and shower room (though somewhat small), enjoy great shower. Overall, nice place to stay."

"We had spend 5 nights in the 3bedroom apartment on 5th floor. The apartment was very spacious, we loved each of us had our own bathroom & bedroom, do bring you own amenity there’s nothing much besides the basic things. Interior it’s very basic minimal style need some upkeep. Poonsa staff was very friendly & helpful , we had to travel out of town they kept our luggage for us until returned, which make it convenient. They surrendered area is very convenient for many things. "
