"Very clean hotel, walking distance to the underground tube station, right in the centre of town with lots of shops and restaurants around. Negative- The rooms are cleaned every 3 days which is ok, however on the day of cleaning- it would be ideal to have the room cleaned in the morning once the room occupant is out instead of waiting until 5 pm. "

"Lisa, I think that is her name( the manager) was very helpful and kind. We stayed in the Admiral suite which was very large and comfortable. Shame we couldnt stream smart TV on TV in bedroom but not a huge issue."
