"While the condo was in an ideal location in Kona, the amenities at the property were less than what I expected. The shower and bathroom sink were filthy. There were several hairs in the shower the day we arrived and what looked like toothpaste in the bathroom sink. The bathroom mirror was also dirty, with water spots all over it. The condo needs a good overall cleaning, as there was dust and dirt all over the walls, fans, decorations, etc. It is also a little outdated. The TV should be updated as well so you don't have to use three different remotes to be able to watch TV. The Murphy bed was not too comfortable, and the pillows were so thin. Overall, it was fine but I don't think I would stay here again. "

"Hale ‘Ohe (the name of the home) is a wonderful place to stay. Superb location with a small public beach park adjacent to the South. Walk North across the lawn of the complex and access a quiet two block road into town. Much nicer than walking busy Ali’i Drive. We would book again."
