"Excellent 2-bedroom loft for families! Loved the hammock and bunk beds. Brand-new dishwasher and laundry machines worked perfectly! Several boogie boards available though 2 split in half. Patio couch broken from prior renters. Owner very responsive when I told her about missing bunk mattress and immediately replaced it.Only problem - you need to be able to sleep through quite a lot of different types of noise:On our first night, Saturday, there was a very loud concert going on somewhere...

"This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "

"The location was very convenient. The picture shows a futon, but it was extremely uncomfortable, so I would not go back myself. If you are 1 person or a couple that can sleep in a qieen bed the place is ok."

"A very well stocked facility! It’s a great location with a nice pool. Unfortunately the sheets didn’t smell good so I had to wash those. The mattress pad underneath had quite a bit of hair on it so that wasn’t good. The lanai door is very difficult to open and close and we used it a lot. Everything else was great!!"
