"Well appointed, well furnished, comfortable accommodation with a great shower. Wonderful location. The lady who was supposed to make breakfast did not show up on the morning of our departure, so as a matter of apology the person at the desk promptly refunded £10 to us. Great. We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay.
