"The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. I would stay again if i need to! I slept very well and felt safe as the hotel’s door only opens either...

"The staff at The Londoner went above and beyond in every aspect. I had to rush home as my mum in the USA became gravely ill and I needed to get home as quickly as possible. The staff on duty on the late night/overnight shift on February 10-11, 2025 took care of me and comforted me more than I would have ever expected from any staff at a hotel. "The service at this hotel is top notch. From arrival outside to the front desk to the room to departure every aspect was premium service. The bell hops handled all of my luggage for me. Buffy at the front desk was a dream! The entire room service staff went above and beyond plus the food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about what you pay for at this property. The only downside I would say is that I personally get hot easily and the bed would get SO hot throughout the night...
