"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"Beautiful property, comfortable beds, Nice neighborhood, with good restaurants, pubs, grocery. 10 minute walk to the Tube line, easy to get to Central London but it took longer about 30 - 45 minutes. Street traffic was a bit noisy. Overall, great London Flat!!"

"This place was absolutely lovely for our family. We had three adults and two children (8 & 11) and there was plenty of room for all. It is a brief walk to the Tube which got us wherever we needed to go. Jeremy is an excellent host and super easy to communicate with when needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!"

"We stayed here in August and it was the perfect place for us! It was so nice to have toys at the property that the kids could play with and not worry about them running around in the back yard. "We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."
