"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. "We stayed in a 2-bed room for 10 nights. You should expect the bathroom to be small, but it has everything we needed. The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"

"Our room had a view of Skytree which I specifically picked. I loved this hotel and area. Breakfast buffet was a good price for 1,800 yen. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We had it a few times during our 8-night stay. Skytree is just a very short walking distance away, with all the shopping and restaurants. Oshiage station is next door. PJ is provided and fresh towels are provided daily. Trash picked up daily. There’s scheduled normal cleaning a few days into arrival. Front desk was a great help...

"The only reason I didn’t give this excellent all around was that it was a long walk to the Metro. There were buses but we didn’t take them…silly us. Also the staff was sparse but when someone was at reception they were all helpful and friendly. Great bathroom!"

"The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that...

"Nice property with more room than the average hotel. Everything was clean. The bathroom was nice because it had a bath tub and shower. The bed was the old school spring box. It was comfy enough. The bidet was great. It's walking distance to a temple, but far away from everything else. It's located in the historical geisha row and some "bath" houses are still in business. A commute to Harajuku was almost an hr travel time, and Ginza was about 40 min. The closest train station was a 12 min walk....
