"The hotel has a slightly unusual exterior—possibly a converted building from the old Manston airfield—but don’t let that put you off. Inside, the facilities are simple, but everything is immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. The rooms are very tidy and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, helpful, and exceptionally accommodating. They even went out of their way to rearrange furniture to create a dog-friendly space for breakfast. A great stay if you value cleanliness and warm hospitality."

"An aging property going under refurbishment. We stayed in a pet friendly large upgraded room, with a view of the front garden. The hotel is set back from the main road, so very peaceful. Within a 10 min walk of the city, so an excellent location. We thought the price per night on a BH weekend was competitive, which included a good breakfast and free parking, which many of the other hotels charge for, these days. Very welcoming and friendly staff."
