"The hotel has beautiful views of a waterfall. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued as a guest. The great room is inviting with its comfortable chairs and fireplace. There is free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the great room. The guest rooms are comfortable and offer bathrobes for your relaxation. Just up the hill from the hotel is a tasting room for Hopping Eagle. If you like beer, you owe it to yourself to taste the offerings at the Hopping Eagle. The hotel also has a comfortable bar and a very good restaurant. We enjoyed our visit to Hawley and will stay again at the Ledges Hotel."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, the lounge had good food with reasonable price. The free continental breakfast was sooo tasty with variety and a self serve waffle maker. The chef needs a raise lol. We spent 2 nights to go to a water park, great choice instead of paying a thousand dollars to stay at kalahari. I would stay there again and highly recommend it"
