"Our check-in was delayed in the reception - not fault of the adm in lady, but.... it was dissappointing considering we had plans that afternoon - and that wait time chewed into what we had hoped to have time to do. "Greeted with a lengthy text message with instructions on how to gain entry to the hotel room. Not onsite parking - additional charge of $20 a day that was half a kilometer away from the hotel. Booked a 3 night stay and wondered if our beds would be made each morning and clean towels/ milk etc only to find out that was an additional $50 charge for this basic customer service. Bit disappointed TBH. Never saw one staff memeber for 4 days."

"Had a great night at Edgewater motel in a Superior Studio Unit. It was a really decent size for what it had - have stayed in much smaller places that still have the sofa bed and a smaller queen crammed in. Having the balcony was great, although we didn't use it much, we were able to dry our swimming stuff after spending the day at Splash Planet! Easy walk to the restaurants and across the road from the ocean, with all the various entertainments offered down Marine Parade. Bed was really comfortable which is always a bonus. The kitchen space wasn't used by us, but was spacious and had everything you need. Would recommend."
