"We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortable and peaceful with all facilities as you would expect. Bed was comfortable and hosts were very friendly and obliging - even allowing us to use their own washing machine.A good price for a very good unit not far from Napier. We would highly recommend. "

"Comfortable, clean well set out. Perfect for our dog with an enclosed yard. Beach across the road with great walking tracks, or the beach. Breakfast provided. Enjoyed meeting our hostess. Very friendly. Highly recommend. "

"A very well appointed, comfortable property, close to all your needs. Loved the beach across the road for walks.Drive into property is extremely tight but road frontage parking is available. Everything we needed was available, maybe some better storage in the second bedroom would have been good.Loved our stay!"

"The property is across the street from the ocean. At one end of the street are restaurants and bistros. A short walk (about 30 minutes) via the ocean walkway will get you to the downtown shops and restaurants. Very lovely. The unit is ideally suited for one or two people. The TV room is very nice and there is a work area with a pair of desks. As for the bed, it's very comfortable. The kitchen isn't set up for doing much cooking, but it was fine for what I needed. "Havelock North is the place to stay when visiting Hawke’s Bay, and The Village Apartment is the place to stay in Havelock North. Ideal location within easy 5-10 minute walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and grocer. Fabulous spot, great hosts. We highly recommend it. "
