"This hotel is located close to the docks and Liverpool one making it perfect for a weekend away. The cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. The rooms are huge!!! With the added bonus of a kitchen, the bathroom had a 4 person jacuzzi and a rain shower. What lets this hotel down is the decor is a little tired in places, the heating system didn’t work but the night shift team brought us heaters within minutes of us asking. "Really friendly staff and service, The room was clean and good standard. We had dinner at the restaurant which was extremely nice both myself and my partner enjoyed the food. Now the not so good bits.. The halls are a bit dated and could do with being updated The walls are definitely paper thin and definitely need to be soundproof as other reviews have suggested.
